I enter new member names and email address to the website, and the website responds emailing a password to you. Please login at least once using the supplied password.
Thereafter, you may change it by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link just under the LOG IN button.
If you can't remember your password, telephone me and I will fix it.
LOGIN FAILURES:
Login failures are commonly due to typing errors when entering your email address (LoginID) or password, but if you are a new member you need to ask Ela to notify me of your name and email address.

After three failed logins, site security software interprets this as a hackIng attempt notifies me. You will be told to go away ["Allez vous en"http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/, select the browser you commonly use and go through the procedure described.
DISPLAY FAILURE:
If you find that our site fails to display properly e.g. text only, the first thing you should do is clear your browser cache.
Why is this necessary?
You have encountered an error (the cause of which I may or may not know); that error is being perpetuated by the saved page being displayed from your browser's cache, rather than the being downloaded anew.
