Before our concert at the Lyndoch Anglican Church, we met for lunch at Maggie Beer's restaurant. With lunch done, we sang for Maggie. "We Gather Here Together" brought tears to her eyes... we must be doing something right! A couple more songs outside the restaurant included Siyahamba at Maggie's request.
Our concert at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Lyndoch, `was well received and we were treated to one of those lovely country town afternoon teas in the hall. The happy smiling faces above, a portion of our choir, are demonstrating the benefits of singing, while the rest were into the afternoon tea!
